Kazuaki Nagao Cocktail Making: 'Liquid Sweets'

This cocktail is a non-alcoholic variation inspired by the classic 'Ramos Gin Fizz.' Its fluffy and foamy appearance is absolutely cute. With a focus on health, this unique and satisfying drink incorporates kombucha for an interesting twist.

▼Cocktail Name / Liquid Sweets -non-alcoholic cocktail-

・1 egg white
・40ml grapefruit juice
・10ml lemon juice
・10ml lime juice
・20ml vanilla and osmanthus syrup
・2 dashes of orange blossom water
・20ml fresh cream
・90ml yuzu kombucha
-How to make-
1. Place egg white, grapefruit juice, syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, and orange blossom water in a shaker. Mix them using a hand blender.
2. Add fresh cream to the shaker and shake it.
3. Pour kombucha into a glass.
4. Put ice in the shaker, shake it, and strain the mixture into the glass while pouring until it fills the glass.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 minutes.
6. Put a small amount of kombucha in the shaker and gently pour it into the glass, slowly and quietly.
