From his days at Kokushikan University, he worked in the apparel industry before becoming a bartender. He is the owner and bartender of two stores in Shinjuku, Tokyo: "BAR Shinjuku Whiskey Salon" and "BAR LIVET." He ranked Shinjuku Whiskey Salon on his list of ``World's Best Bars in Tokyo in 2020''. In 2019, he became the youngest person in history to receive the Master of Whiskey title, the most difficult qualification recognized by the Whiskey Culture Research Institute. In addition, he continues to study whiskey every day, achieving 1st place nationally in 3 classes of whiskey certification. Through the development of whiskey-based cocktails (Whisktail - registered trademark), we are exploring ways to make whiskey more familiar to a wide range of people and have entered the CT Spirits Japan Cocktail Competition 2021.
