Introduction:
Yi Hsiang Huang, also known as Ah-Hsiang, opened his first bar, bar TCRC, in 2008. In June 2011, he ranked 5th in the national finals of the 3rd World Class Bartender Competition in Taiwan, organized by Diageo. Despite having only five years of experience at the time, he was the only bartender from southern Taiwan to make it to the finals. In March 2016, TCRC was ranked 23rd in Asia‘s 50 Best Bars by Drinks International, gaining international recognition for the bar with its strong cultural ties to Tainan. On December 1, 2018, he opened Bar Home, creating a home-like atmosphere for friends who love to drink, offering a wholehearted and thoughtful experience. He also serves as a lecturer for various institutions and cocktail organizations. He thinks that there is always a better level for him to pursue and he tries to make much effort to push himself to the limit.
