Product Stock

Most items are restocked within a few days to a week.
However, for items that require special processing or that are not in stock at the manufacturer's factory, it may take several weeks until the next shipment arrives.

Shipping

Once you've added items to your cart, before proceeding to checkout, you'll see a section on your "CART" page spelled "Change?" about shipping.
Click on that and you'll be able to select your shipping address and see your shipping fees.

For your information, shipping fees are based on the weight of the item and the delivery destination.

Yes, we do ship to the hotel if you are staying in Japan.
When placing an order, please enter the address, name, phone number of your hotel and guest name (your name) as the shipping address.

If your check-in date is in the future, please enter the planned check-in date in the "add order note" on your CART page.

Your order will be shipped on the same day or the next business day, and if you are in Tokyo, your order will be delivered the day after it is shipped.
We will be closed every Saturday and Sunday and national holidays in Japan. So, please order well in advance.

Delivery will be made to your hotel reception.If you enter your room number of the hotel as a shipping address, too, it will be easier for you to collect your package at the hotel reception.

Orders placed before 9:00am Japan time will be shipped on the same day.
However, if an order falls on a Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese holidays, it will be shipped on the next business day.

It depends on the destination country and the timing of your order.
We will ship by EMS.
In most countries, you will receive your order within about one week after shipment.

You will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.

We send you an shipping complete email with the tracking numbe of your package.

You can check the delivery status of your package on the website of Japanese post office or the post office of your country.

If tariffs and tax are incurred during customs clearance of your country, please take care of procedures involving tariffs,
tax and the payment of these costs by yourself.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns will not be accepted except in the case of our mistake, damaged or defective items.

If the product you receive is found to be defective or damaged, we will replace it.

In that case, could you please email us your order number, your name and, if possible, a picture that shows the condition of the product?
