A staple of British summers and a Wimbledon classic, the Pimm's Cup has been given a seasonal twist at Camellia with the addition of watermelon. Bar & Café Camellia

Originally established as a bar in 1951 when the hotel reopened, it has since become beloved under the name Bar Camellia. With the hotel's renovation and reopening in 2012, the bar underwent a complete transformation in concept, location, and interior design. Now serving as a bar and café, it offers hearty dishes and original cocktails crafted by expert bartenders, making it suitable for various occasions.

The interior features a calm ambiance with table seating accented in dark pink and a counter where guests can watch the bartenders create cocktails. There's also a passage area with views of the scenery outside the windows. Guests can enjoy a five-course dinner with a choice of main dish, à la carte options, a savory-focused afternoon tea, and the hotel's traditional beef stew. The drink menu is extensive, featuring signature cocktails like the "Tokyo Station" and "1915," as well as original mocktail recipes. Bar & Café Camellia is recommended not only for hotel guests but also for outings with friends or groups
