At Kanazawa Tokyu Hotel (Korimbo, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, General Manager: Tatsuya Doda), from Monday, July 1, 2024, to Saturday, August 31, 2024, the hotel will offer its original craft gin "Sato no Ka" during happy hour from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the 2nd floor bar "Marais d'Or." The original craft gin "Sato no Ka" is a unique product supervised by our hotel, made from spirits using rice bran, flavored with yuzu from Ishikawa Prefecture, and scented with Noto Hiba, the prefectural tree. It is accented with Tsurugi Sen Namba (a type of chili pepper). During the hours when the summer sun still lingers, we will offer refreshing cocktails such as gin and tonic or gin and soda based on "Sato no Ka" at a special price

Listen to the tunes of records selected by our bartender and enjoy a cool cocktail at the hotel's bar. The original craft gin "Sato no Ka" is a new product that went on sale on June 1, 2024.
