At the age of 23, inspired by Taiwan's top bartender I saw on YouTube, I pursued a career as a bartender. I honed my skills at a bar in my hometown of Takamatsu, Kagawa Prefecture, and later moved to Tokyo. In 2017, I joined 'Bar LIBRE,' where I currently work, and played a key role in launching 'Bar LIBRE DaNang in Vietnam' in Da Nang, Vietnam. I spend my days traveling between Japan and Vietnam, standing behind the bar. Currently, I am the manager of 'Bar LIBRE Ikebukuro.' In 2018, I won the 'Tito’s Vodka Competition,' placed second in Asia at the 'OPIHR World Adventurer Cocktail Competition,' and in 2020, my cocktail was named the best in the Tanqueray No. Ten Long Cocktail category at the 'WORLD CLASS Community Week,' among many other awards.

At the authentic bar "Bar LIBRE," where time flows leisurely, you can enjoy innovative cocktails made with techniques like -196°C liquid nitrogen and smoking machines, as well as cocktails featuring seasonal fresh fruits. Led by Mr. Nagao, our experienced bartenders craft a wide range of drinks from classic cocktails to unique originals found only at our bar.
