Founded in 2017 by Pham Tien Tiep, Nê Cocktail Bar is known for its inventive and high-quality cocktails, which have contributed significantly to the modern cocktail culture in Hanoi​.

    The bar's ambiance is characterized by a sultry, quasi-European style with a laid-back vibe, making it a popular spot for both locals and tourists. One of its most famous creations is the Pho Cocktail, inspired by the traditional Vietnamese pho soup.
