'Aperitivo' is a style that can be described as an Italian tradition of enjoying a pre-dinner drink and light appetizers during the early evening. For Italians, 'Aperitivo' is not just about cocktails before a meal; it's a lifestyle, a time to enjoy with friends and family, firmly ingrained in their everyday lives.

With the desire to introduce and share the culture of 'Aperitivo', where people come together to enjoy conversation and drinks, before dinner with colleagues after work, or with friends for a casual drink before a meal, Aperol and EATALY are offering various styles of 'Aperitivo' experiences. During this period, we invite you to post your 'Aperitivo' moments at EATALY stores on Instagram. As a token of appreciation, we are running a campaign where you can receive an Italian cocktail, including Aperol Spritz, instantly. Additionally, we have prepared 'Aperitivo' seminars led by Campari Group brand ambassadors, allowing you to fully indulge in the 'Aperitivo' culture. We warmly welcome you to visit EATALY and immerse yourself in the experience.

■ About Aperol

Aperol, Born in Padua, a Historic City in Northern Italy Near Venice

Aperol was born in Padua, an ancient city in northern Italy near Venice. In the open-air markets of Padua, leftover oranges naturally fermented inside bags, catching the attention of the Barbieri brothers, who recognized the potential of this accidental creation. They refined the formula and officially introduced it as "Aperol" in 1919. As the name "Aperol" suggests, the liqueur was developed to cater to Italy's culinary tradition of aperitivo, offering a light and specialized option for this pre-dinner ritual.
