At 'BAR S,' operated by Shiseido Parlour, the 'Autumn Cocktail Fair' will be held from September 1st (Friday) to September 30th (Saturday), 2023. Additionally, during the limited period from August 29th (Tuesday) to October 14th (Saturday), there will be collaboration cocktails with Shiseido Gallery.

We have prepared cocktails featuring seasonal fruits such as persimmons, pomegranates, grapes, and Japanese pears. Enjoy specially crafted cocktails by Chief Bartender Sakagawa at 'BAR S'. Immerse yourself in a unique autumn experience at Ginza's 'BAR S'.

◆ 'Persimmon Sidecar' 2,500 yen

A richly flavored Sidecar with the velvety sweetness of thickened persimmon seamlessly blended with brandy and orange liqueur.

◆ 'Purple Droplet (Shizuku)' 2,500 yen

A fragrant and refreshing blend of junmai daiginjo sake and grape juice. Experience the crisp and clean flavor.

◆ 'Pomegranate Jack Rose' 2,500 yen

A harmonious blend of apple brandy and the sweetness and tartness from fresh pomegranate, creating a delightful Pomegranate Jack Rose.

At 'BAR S', we will be offering collaboration cocktails in conjunction with the exhibition 'Miyako Ishiuchi: Ginza Was the First Place I Visited in Tokyo' held at Shiseido Gallery (located in the same building, B1F). Chief Bartender Sakagawa has crafted original cocktails inspired by the photographs of Miyako Ishiuchi, including the cocktail 'Existence and Memory'. Alongside this, you can also enjoy the signature Ginza original cocktails available at 'BAR S'.

◆ 'Existence and Memory' 2,500 yen

Drawing inspiration from the photographs where 'I'm looking at the memories of objects. Objects choose their own way of existing. Objects speak to me directly.※', Chief Bartender Sakagawa has crafted the 'Existence and Memory' cocktail using whiskey, port wine, and flavored wine as the main ingredients to weave memories.

※Derived from the photographs taken by Miyako Ishiuchi for the serialization 'Ginza Ballad', which gained popularity in Shiseido's corporate culture magazine 'Hanatsubaki' and its web version 'Web Hanatsubaki', the bartender Sakagawa was inspired to create this original cocktail.

◆ 'Ginza 1902' 1,700 yen

In 1902, Shiseido Parlour was born in this location as a 'Soda Fountain'. The 'Ginza 1902' cocktail, reminiscent of soda water, is created using berry-based liqueurs and juices, resulting in a red-hued cocktail.

◆ 'Ginza 9-chome' 1,700 yen

Ginza 9-chome, where water prevails. A refreshing aqua-colored cocktail that evokes the rivers and water that used to flow through Ginza.
