Tokyo Ginza's "BAR S" Launches "Winter Cocktail Fair"

Operated by Shiseido Parlour, "BAR S" will be hosting the "Winter Cocktail Fair" from December 1, 2023 (Friday) to February 29, 2024 (Thursday). Additionally, a Christmas special menu will be available for a limited time during this period.

"Winter Cocktail Fair"

We have prepared three winter cocktails, including a spicy hot cocktail with vodka to warm both the heart and body during the cold season, as well as cocktails that evoke the perfect balance of yuzu and kumquat with a delightful acidity and sweetness.

"Hot Moscow Mule" \ Price: ¥2,500

A spicy hot cocktail made with vodka and homemade ginger syrup.

"Kara Kara - Winter" \ Price: ¥2,500

"Kara Kara" refers to the sound of ice playing in the glass. This cocktail features the aroma of sansho pepper-flavored gin and yuzu, with a subtly milky flavor.

"Kinkan Martini" \ Price: ¥2,500

Crafted in a Martini style to fully appreciate the sweetness, acidity, and slight bitterness of kumquat, allowing you to savor these distinct flavors.

We have prepared two cocktails featuring perfect-for-Christmas-season strawberries. These are sophisticated cocktails that allow you to enjoy the marriage of strawberries with champagne or brandy.

"Sun Carol" \ Price: ¥2,800

A sophisticated cocktail for adults, crafted by combining the richness of fresh strawberry extract with brandy.

"Rossini" \ Price: ¥2,800

Indulge in the harmony of the sweetness and acidity of fresh strawberries paired with champagne in this delightful cocktail.

Ginza, adorned with glamorous illuminations, is a city aglow. At "Bar S," red ornaments shimmer on the ceiling. Alongside the special menu, "Noel Noel," create unforgettable moments of adult Christmas.

• "Noel Noel" \ Price: ¥3,500 A special menu leading up to Christmas. Enjoy a special set of appetizers and a select drink. Choose one from Rossini, glass of champagne, rose champagne, white wine, or red wine according to your preference.

• "Noel Appetizers (Individual)" \ Price: ¥1,500 The appetizers feature white chocolate-covered strawberries, chicken galantine, and quiche. Indulge in the festive flavors of Christmas.

December 25, 2023 (Monday) will be open.
