"I am extremely honored to have been recognized among the bartenders with exceptional skills in Asia and to be in the company of fellow industry professionals. I sincerely thank everyone involved in the selection process for this prestigious accolade.

This achievement is a testament to the contribution of the team that works tirelessly to create the ultimate bar experience, and I am deeply grateful to each and every member of the team.

Especially, Senior Bartender Graham Kimura, who possesses a deep understanding of Japanese culture, has been a wonderful partner and an invaluable asset. His expertise in blending Japanese ingredients with a French touch has significantly contributed to the unique cocktail creations at VIRTÙ.

Moreover, the bar I envision is like a 'show' happening on a stage, where bartenders, customers, and that moment in that place all come together.

Assistant Bar Manager McHyala Killoran has done a fantastic job in creating the ideal space and delivering vibrant nights that will leave a lasting impression in the hearts of our guests at VIRTÙ.
