At this fair, we will be offering a selection of fruity cocktails, including the 'Season's Beauty Gin & Tonic - Plum,' which combines the locally crafted 'Season's Beauty Kyoto Dry Gin' with homemade plum syrup made from plums harvested at the To-ji Temple garden 'Shusshoen.' Additionally, there will be the vibrant and richly flavored 'Kyoho Grape and Pear Mojito,' blending brandy with Kyoho grapes and pears, as well as the elegantly aromatic 'Season's 'Plum' Blossom,' featuring the delightful balance of sweet and tangy flavors from plums and raspberries. These cocktails are designed to enhance the allure of the autumn nights.

Season's Beauty Gin & Tonic - Plum

We combined locally crafted gin 'Season's Beauty Kyoto Dry Gin' with homemade plum syrup made from plums harvested at Shusshoen garden. After savoring the full-flavored plum syrup-infused gin on the rocks, you can adjust the dilution to your liking by adding tonic water. This cocktail offers the added enjoyment of flavor transformation with the aroma of shiso and a touch of yukari-infused salt. Kyoho Grape and Pear Mojito

Fruity cocktail made with the renowned 'Kyoho' grape, often called the 'King of Grapes,' and the representative autumn fruit, 'Pear.' Infused with Kyoho grapes and pears, the brandy 'Camus V.S.O.P. Elegance' brings forth a splendidly rich flavor, complemented by the refreshing touch of mint as an accent.

A short cocktail crafted with the base of 'Season's Plum Kyoto Plum and Berry Liqueur,' blended with homemade plum syrup and raspberry fruit. This passionately sweet and exquisite flavor is enhanced by the presence of a preserved plum adornment in the glass, creating an opulent presentation along with the fragrance of plum.
