Four playful cocktails will be offered for one night only.

Experience the Fusion of Cocktails and Live Music at 'Clase Azul Cocktail Night'

Since the VIP room "Room Azul" opened last September within the bar and jazz lounge "Maduro" at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo, the regularly held Clase Azul Cocktail Night is now in its fourth edition. On July 11th, we will feature guest Yuu Abiko, a renowned flair bartender, who has crafted four special cocktails exclusively for this event.

Special Cocktails by Abiko: Elegance and Sophistication

Inspired by the luxurious ambiance of Maduro, Abiko has designed cocktail recipes with a feminine touch, emphasizing elegance and sophistication. The cocktails feature Clase Azul Tequila Plata and Clase Azul Tequila Reposado. The Plata-based cocktails evoke a "bright, fresh, and cheerful" image, while the Reposado-based cocktails offer a "calm and soothing" taste. This event marks the first participation of a female bartender at Clase Azul Cocktail Night held at Maduro, providing a unique and different night at the venue. Bubbly & Tonic
A cheerful yet elegant tequila tonic made with the refreshing taste of Clase Azul Tequila Plata, topped with a refined and sophisticated foam of bergamot and chamomile.

Applum Margarita
A fruity and sweet-and-sour refreshing take on the classic tequila cocktail, the Margarita, infused with Japanese essence.

Baby Doll
A twist on the Matador cocktail, this intoxicating blend features the sweet aroma of pineapple, nerve-stimulating herbs, and queenly spices. Just as the Matador, who delivers the final blow to the bull, captivates the crowd, this cocktail is designed to enchant and captivate all who try it. Enjoy it with lingerie for a truly indulgent experience.

Goat Fashioned
A twist on the Old Fashioned, crafted with Clase Azul and designed to offer our guests the best experience. This cocktail features a rich flavor profile, harmonizing fruity notes with a sense of maturity.

ABI (Yuu Abiko)

Head bartender at the Yokohama bar "Newjack." In 2013, she discovered flair bartending, where bottles and shakers are skillfully manipulated, and was captivated, beginning her career as a bartender. In 2015, in only her second year of her career, she won her first championship in a domestic competition to determine the top female bartender in Japan. She has since placed in numerous competitions both domestically and internationally, becoming the Japanese Female Champion for the second time in 2022. This February, she won the inaugural championship at the JAPAN FLAIR DREAM GAME, the competition to determine Japan's No.1 flair bartender. She has won five domestic championships, placed second three times, and is also active as a guest bartender and performer both domestically and internationally.
