This is a simple shape strainer which scraped extra elements. This strainer fits just right on the BIRDY mixing tin "MT540". The center of the strainer is deeply hollow and can be used instead of an egg separator or absinthe spoon.

The "Charcoal Edition" expresses a lustrous, deep black color by using electricity and chemistry to thicken the oxide film to about 0.4μm and suppress reflected light. It is an excellent technology that makes metal resistant to wear and corrosion without the need for coloring such as painting.

*The way the product parts are fixed is different from the normal edition. (Brass rivet parts are used.)
