DESIGN & FUNCTION

ST82 and KS76.
Choose for your vessel.

ST82 has a hookless shape and central recess. KS76 is sized for DS 80/50 and MT800, with a bent handle base to help prevent it from dropping into the tin.

ST82

Primarily paired with MT540; also fits the CS500 body and the short tin of DS 80/50. The central recess and opening can also separate egg yolks from whites.

KS76

Primarily paired with MT800 and DS 80/50. Use upside down, spring facing up, with MT540. The handle works on either side, and edges are rounded.

Charcoal

Both ST82 and KS76 Charcoal Edition use brass rivets, a different method of fixing components from the original models.

CHOOSING GUIDE

Check vessel compatibility

ST82: φ82 × 160mm / 80g. For MT540; also fits the CS500 body and DS 80/50 short tin.
KS76: φ76 × 190mm / approx. 105g. For MT800 and DS 80/50; use upside down with MT540.
