DESIGN & FUNCTION

Easy stirring.
A comfortable touch.

Curved stem edges balance ease of stirring with comfort for the fingers. The opposite end incorporates a strainer for draining water after chilling a glass.

Stem

Curved edges reduce strain on the fingers without rounding them excessively. R=0.6 is the quality-control standard.

Draining

Use the opposite end to drain water from a chilled glass, reducing the need to switch tools.

Charcoal

To account for wear where the spoon contacts the vessel, the back of the bowl is repolished and supplied with a silver finish.
