This bar spoon has a flat handle and no twist. The total length is 31 cm. Because of its flat handle, it is not suitable for steering like a normal bar spoon. It is recommended for build-up style cocktails such as gin and tonic and highballs, which are lightly stirred in a glass and then lifted up and mixed with ice.
