This bar spoon has a flat handle and no twist. The total length is 24 cm, and both the spoon and fork are small in size. Because of its flat handle, it is not suitable for steering like a normal bar spoon. It is recommended for build-up style cocktails such as gin and tonic and highballs, which are lightly stirred in a glass and then lifted up and mixed with ice.
