About this product
The BIRDY. strainer has a deep central recess that can be used as an egg separator, making sour-style cocktails easier to prepare. It fits the MT540 Mixing Tin, and can also be used with the CS500 body or DS 80/50 short tin. Its hookless design accommodates mixing glasses with a range of diameters.
